2019 General Election. I stood for Parliament and gained one of the largest swings in the country.
2015-2022. Senior Researcher for a group of Conservative MPs.

2019 General Election. I stood for Parliament in Houghton and Sunderland South increasing the Conservative vote and gaining one of the largest swings to the Conservatives in the country.
2010 – 2011 Conservative Research Department – Foreign Affairs Adviser In this role as the desk officer for the MOD, FCO and DFID.
2006 – 2010 Rt. Hon, Mark Francois MP, shadow P-G & then Shadow Cabinet Minister for Europe – Senior Researcher.
- Member of George Osborne’s Shadow HMT team preparing tax policy for two budget responses.
- Member of William Hague’s shadow foreign affairs team (Europe) preparing Conservative response to the Lisbon Treaty and managing to leave the EPP
2001 – 2006 Tax adviser and lawyer for KPMG, PwC and Lovells.
2000-2010 Territorial Army, Queen’s Own Yeomanry in York and Inns of Court and City Yeomanry London.
